Well it came and went and I finally get to sit down and write about Christmas! We often make plans and end up scrapping them but at least my intention was to be here and I wasn't because I was just too busy enjoying the holiday so this is a good thing! There was everything this Christmas. There was visits with family and friends, dinners out, movie nights in, presents, cookies (waaaay too many of those actually! ;)) and a lot of good memories. I think one of the highlights this Christmas for me was Christmas Eve in Mississauga with my sisters and their families and my extended family. My aunt and uncle came with my cousin Kelly who made the trip with her 2 children for our dinner out as a family at the Mandarin and it truly was an honour to be in the presence of little warrior princess Kaitlyn. When in doubt of what is truly important spend time with family who bravely battle Leukemia and it will put things into a proper perspective quite quickly. The funny thing about photos... even if you take 200 in a week you can't possibly take enough to catch all the amazing moments during one holiday. I wish I'd been able to capture more! Without this becoming a repetitive blog or over exposing my family and friends I will leave it at that and at least share my favourite photo of a moment during the holidays that hopefully appeals to the eye. If you ever want to see more you're more than welcome to check me out on Facebook where I post more family photos.
